Beginning Monday June 15th through first day of season July 29TH.
Between the 15th and the 27th anyone running about 4 miles a day 7 days a week should be able to hit the goal. The other option is about 5 miles a day 6 days a week.If you’re attending hwy 1 runners with the team or on another specific program the goal of 200 miles should be able to be reached. With a few extra long runs and workout days in the mix there are definitely days where you will exceed the 4-5 miles per day. The goal is to NOT try and do a catch up run or a random 15 mile day trying to get ahead. This concept is based off the idea of consistency and base building for the season. So try and be consistent with your days and mileage.
60% of the 200 miles must be running. Cross training on a bike, hike, or roller skies is an awesome way to stay in shape and give the legs a break now and then.
Upload all your miles to our 200 mile club on Strava. If you don’t have Strava be sure to keep an activity log of each day that a coach can look over when season begins. Looking forward to a great season and hearing all the amazing adventures you’ll have on these runs!

This schedule is subject to change. Most travel trips(out of the valley/ Anchorage) are over night. Travel information will be handed out week of the meet and packing list can be found in the drop down menu of this page.
